EXO ARNVIND is looking for a Senior Manager (Dynamics ERP) for our customer - a Global Life Science and Diagnostics powerhouse.

You will be responsible for the operation, support, and development of their ERP platforms.

Our customer is on a very exiting journey to standardize the existing ERP processes and platforms (AX2009, Axapta 2.5), and over the years upgrading to Dynamics D365FO.

To succeed on that journey, your role as Senior Manager, ERP is critical. Setting the best team for now, and the future in operating, support, and development with a global team across business units, production sites and sales subsidiaries, will be a key responsibility.

Our Customer is a global company that develops and sells medical equipment to hospitals and acute care centers globally.

In this role, you will have the full ownership of our ERP platforms, making sure it will be fully operational for the business. This includes operation, support, and technical development/continuous improvement of all ERP applications, supporting ERP software and ERP integrations. Furthermore, making sure all technical ERP deliverables are being delivered in a timely manner and fully functional for the end-user.

As Senior Manager you will

  • Be heading a skilled team of ERP professionals and experts, who operate their existing ERP platforms
  • Be responsible to set the right team - operating, supporting and continuously improving the current and future platforms
  • Be responsible for keeping the ERP landscape in compliance to their IT strategy, security and SOX
  • Be accountable of core processes maintaining the ERP platform:
    • Identification, qualification, and prioritization of requested ERP changes
    • Design, configurations, and development, delivered by BAs and ERP developers
    • Test management, delivered by their test manager
    • Release management (Axapta 2.5, AX 2009, D365FO), delivered by their Release manager
    • Support, delivered by their global support team
  • Bring In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications

In all aspects, you will act as a trusted advisor, for the Global Program Management, Project Managers and Architect Teams etc. You will be responsible for the budget related to your department and managing their technical ERP vendors.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field (e.g., Engineering/Computer Science) or related work experience.
  • Experienced people manager, who can motivate and lead technical professionals and experts
  • Experience in managing ERP solutions from requirement to deployment via Azure DevOps (project/process definition and setup in Azure DevOps, backlog, and release management, test management, and deployment)
  • Experience with MS Dynamics D365FO, Axapta 2.5 and AX 2009 is a plus
  • In-depth expertise on development technologies and environments as well as staying up-to date with the latest technologies used within the Microsoft Dynamics application landscape and the Microsoft Product Stack
  • Experience managing validated systems according to FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 as well as adhering to the Sarbanes–Oxley Act is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English
