Our customer believes that digital technologies, and the pace of their adoption, are key driving forces in changing the ways businesses work. They need you to drive and safeguard the implementation and rollout of their Microsoft CRM cloud solution – and help move their sales processes to the next level.

The team

You will be a part of a newly formed Agile team within their Customer Engagement organization. The team will be given great autonomy to pursue the goals of their CRM solution in close collaboration with the business adoption team and stakeholders.

Your primary focus is to

  • Enable best-in-class Sales Performance and efficiency using a combination of standard CRM and Azure-based customizations
  • Oversee, design, and implement architecturally sound solutions within the CRM domain

Your work as part of the team is to

  • design CRM solution architecture and integrations using APIs and events, but with a ‘Standard-first’ mindset.
  • write and communicate technical design documents and communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders
  • express and communicate solution architecture using process, data, and architecture diagrams
  • understand and realize event-driven integration design principles
  • facilitate technical workshops


  • You have 5+ years of design and architecture experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Sales
  • Experience from similar CRM implementation projects in the role of architect or technical lead
  • You have experience with the standard configuration tools of a modern CRM platform (configure entities, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, etc.) and are able to propose solutions based on standard technology
  • You know the boundaries of standard configuration in a modern cloud CRM platform and are able to architect integrations and solutions utilizing APIs and SDK’s (Software Development Kits)
  • You are able to design CRM solutions for business processes spanning multiple applications in the marketing and sales technology landscape

  • Have proven relationship skills
