EXO ARNVIND is looking for a Global Support Manager for our customer, a Fortune 500 company in Life Science/Medical Devices. A great career opportunity.

As our customer's new Global Support Manager, you will team up with the Global IT Support team in the headquarter placed in Copenhagen.

The position is primarily responsible for building and implementing best practices, and governance in help desk and IT support and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

You will lead an international team of Support Managers of technical support specialists. You will provide direction, and mentorship in best-practice, and governance in tech support and service delivery.

Our customer's Global IT has functions spread out widely in their international subsidiaries around the world. The Support team has members in Denmark, the USA, Sweden, and Poland, etc.

The overall responsibility for Global IT is placed in our customer's headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Responsibility

  • Create governance for Global IT support
  • Maintain and develop a service catalog and SLAs
  • Ensure overall efficiency in Support, Service requests, incident and problem handling
  • Implement and sustain ITIL framework
  • Lead the Global Support organization

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

  • Experienced working as International Support Manager or ITSM
  • Experience from an international IT organization
  • Experienced in working with and implementing Service Catalogue
  • Experienced in creating governance and SLA's
  • Knowledge within Microsoft and Cloud Technologies
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • ITIL certified and proven record of implementing and maintaining ITIL service.

Travel is up to 20 days a year.
