EXO ARNVIND is looking for an ERP Integration Consultant for our customer, a Fortune 500 Medical Device company.

Our customer is looking to strengthen their current ERP team with an integration specialist, in order to improve customer service, global support and having the necessary internal knowledge and skill set to cover integration with our ERP applications.

    As integration specialist you’ll work with multiple different complex integrations covering among other intercompany, CRM, EDI, WMS, MDM, CPM, CPQ, other local as well as global corporate systems all located in an global environment consisting of 6 manufacturing sites and +25 sales subsidiaries, where these are critical for their business in order to sell and deliver our products.

    You will be part of the Enterprise IT team consisting of teams that plan, build and run two ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2.5 and 2009 as well as Microsoft CRM. In addition, it has been decided to move the old ERP software into a future evergreen platform based on D365 F&O. This means that in near future the job will also include enrolment into a project covering integration with the brand new Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

    Our customer is a global company that develops and sells medical equipment to acute care centers globally. Being a production company, they use almost all modules of Dynamics AX including a few add-ons, and working within the medical device industry and being an American owned company it is important to know that they put quality first and requires to be SOX compliant.


    • Design, analysis, document and clarify integrations between our Dynamics ERP, Dynamics 365CE and other 3rd party systems in close co-operation with other internal project team members
    • Act as a thrusted advisor for the business (our customers) and the internal project team regarding the direction of solution and recommended technology to be used
    • Assist in defining and maintaining integration strategy of loosely coupled systems
    • Assist development and implementation of integration from A-Z together with other internal project team members
    • Be the contact point and the coordinator towards external 3rd party vendors delivering services and support to our customer with the area of integration (especially EDI)
    • Assist in trouble-shooting on integration issues incl. proactive work on existing integration where it makes sense and create benefit for the business


    a) Formal education

    • Preferable a bachelor or candidate within IT or similar

    b) Competencies / Skills / Experience

    • Used to work in a cross functional team under the management by a project and development manager
    • Experience with or used to work in an international / global environment
    • Years of experience working with development, test and implementation of complex integrations within Microsoft Dynamics :
      • CRM (Required)
      • EDI (Required)
      • WMS (an Advantage)
      • MDM (an Advantage)
      • Data migration (Optional)
    • Experience in configuring tools for monitoring and error handling in relation to integration.
    • Used to work in a version controlled environment and preferable as well with LCS, Visual Studio, DevOps and the universe of a cloud environment
    • Good understanding of how to work with transformation of data in an environment where it is not always possible to change data due to regulatory requirements
    • Good functional understanding for Dynamics AX/365
    • Experience in controlling user and access rights with regards to integrations
